The company is primarily engaged in providing design and manufacturing for ships, marine structures and industrial manufacturing support services. It has two business areas: Engineering and Consultancy. It was founded in the year 1994, with the aim of providing engineering and consultancy services for clients in the Bay of Cadiz. Later on, these services were extended to the whole of the national territory. The company has a registered office located in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Spain. The company has two business centres. One of them is situated in El Puerto de Santa Maria where the main office (with 65 percent of the staff) is located and the other one (with 35 percent of the staff) is situated in Cartagena. More than 85 percent of projects developed by the company refer to the detailed engineering while rest of 15 percent refer to basic/functional engineering. More than 50 percent of projects are developed in its central office in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz Province) and the remaining percentage is divided between the projects on Submarine (Cartagena, Murcia Province) and on Site Production Assistance Services (Puerto Real and San Fernando, Cadiz Province).
